I've been a huge fan of Louise Hay for years. My daughters and I often fall to sleep at night listening to CDs by Louise such as Change your thoughts, change your life or Self-Healing. Her calendars and colorful Power Thought Cards have been a part of my life for over 10 years. Hay House has a number of other inspiring authors such as Denise Linn, Dr. Wayne Dyer and Doreen Virtue. Good food for the spirit!
The Crock Pot is one of the most versitile tools out there for busy people who want to save money and eat healthy. The new versions even have cool timers similar to the Zojirushi Rice Cooker that I rave about. It's so easy to make soups, stews and even BarBQ chicken in a Crock Pot.
